We are seeking a tenant, with a passion for gardening and social causes, who is interested in becoming involved as a volunteer in our residential urban garden project. We're offering a discount on the unit of up to $200 depending on experience and level of committment.  

The unit available is the smaller of the two units in our non-profit duplex. It is a one BR apartment. with a kitchen, bath and two adjoining rooms: a small, bright southern-facing room w/ lightly stained wood floor and a study niche, and a more spacious 13 x 13 room w/ wide. Up to you which is LR and which BR. The bath has a tub/shower.  It was renovated in November with 3 new vinyl double-pane windows, a new refrigerator,  newly refinished wood floor in BR, new paint in two rooms, & newly sanded & painted kitchen cabinets. Almost 500 sq ft;  Rent: $675 (before utilities or discount). Up to $200 discount on rent for gardener/collaborator occupant. Utilities (gas, water, elec) $100. Shared wifi included.
